What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payment in advance or cash on delivery. All skips must be paid for in full before the skip is left at the property. Cash payments can be made in full to the driver on delivery of the skip, card payments can be made over the phone prior to the skip being sent out.
How long can I keep the skip for?
As a rule, for up to two weeks. If you need to keep the skip for longer, this can be arranged for you.
How much are they?
Our skips vary in price depending on the size and area they are being delivered to. Also if your skip is going to be on the road, the local councils have permit schemes that must be paid for, as failure to do so will result in a fine. For our best price call 01189 571 655 or send us an email info@reynoldsskips.co.uk.
How high can I pack the skip?
As with all skips, you must only fill to a level load. It is illegal to drive with a skip that is overloaded and the customer may be charged for a wasted journey if the skip is not filled in the correct manor.
If you need any advice regarding the type of skip that is best for your needs, we will happily tell you all you need to know please call our team on: 01189 571 655.
Excellent service as usual, Clare is very helpful. I only use Reynolds skips and they have never let me down
Very accommodating and professional, arriving and collecting on time – as well as going out of their way to add a few extra items in the skip! Great value for money.
Would highly recommend. A very good price and also great service. Helen was very helpful from start to finish, and got us a skip license arranged within a couple of days. They were also very flexible with delivery/collection dates and times.
Would highly recommend. Have been very good during our build. Collecting full skips and ‘re delivering new ones same day so workers can get on with job. Good fast service and friendly staff. Will be using again. Thank you.
My experience with Reynolds Skip Hire was great, all staff were very efficient, friendly and extremely helpful. My skip was delivered quickly even when I gave them really short notice. Excellent service, and I am very impressed!

Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions
Any order placed with Reynolds Skip Hire which requires its vehicles to go off the public highway will be at the customer’s own risk and the customer will accept full responsibility for any consequential damage that may occur to persons, property or vehicles.
Please note – when delivering or collecting off the public highway damage can occur to the ground surface. If you ask us to come off the public highway it must be understood that this is done at your request and that you accept full responsibility if any damage occurs.
Delivery:
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that a suitable space is available for the skip to be safely deposited and that there is reasonable access for the delivery vehicle. If the driver determines that it is not possible or safe to deposit the skip, a failed delivery charge may be incurred. The time allowed for loading/unloading is 15 minutes. If the vehicle is kept waiting longer than this Reynolds Skip Hire reserves the right to charge waiting time.
Once the skip has been placed in a suitable position as determined by Reynolds Skip Hire it must not be repositioned without prior consent from Reynolds Skip Hire as moving the skip could result in us being unable to collect it.
Skips on the public highway require road licences. We can arrange these if you inform us at the time of booking.
The skip and its contents:
The responsibility for the skip and its contents remains with the customer until collected by an Reynolds Skip Hire vehicle. The customer will be liable if the skip is removed by any other means or for any loss or damage to the skip (excluding fair wear and tear) during the term of the hire. The lighting of fires in or near skips is strictly prohibited.
The customer shall ensure that the skip is not overloaded by weight or by volume at the point of collection. The skip should be loaded so that it is filled no higher than the top of its sides. 8yd and 12yd skips are only to be used for light waste as filling these with concrete, soil or other high density materials will result in them being too heavy to be safely and legally transported. Reynolds Skip Hire reserves the right to refuse to collect overloaded skips.
Most hazardous materials must NEVER be placed in the skip, including but not limited to asbestos, paints, solvents & other liquids, gas bottles, batteries, fire extinguishers and fireworks. These materials can cause environmental damage and put our staff at risk. If any hazardous materials are found in a skip once collected, the hirer will incur additional charges or have the materials returned to their premises. Similarly if the contents of the skip do not match the waste type ordered additional charges may apply.
Rental period:
The maximum rental period is 14 days. It is the responsibility of the customer to request collection within this time [either by telephone or email]. Where the customer has not contacted us to arrange collection within the hire period we will attempt to contact them but if we are unable to do so we reserve the right to collect the skip unannounced.
You can usually extend the rental period by contacting our office. A small additional charge may apply
Cancellation and refunds:
In order to receive a complete refund you must cancel your skip by 9am on the day prior to your delivery. If you cancel later than 9am we reserve the right to withhold 50% of the skip price.
We will also charge for a wasted journey if our driver arrives at your premises and is turned away.
Any refunds will be made to the credit/debit card used for payment within 30 days of the cancellation date.
Customer Satisfaction Feedback:
We may on occasion send a follow up email to selected customers asking for feedback on our overall service.
